AML Associate
Location: Dublin
Fixed Term Contract / Perm
Role Summary
We are seeking experienced AML Associates / Senior Analysts to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team, supporting the delivery of key AML and Counter Terrorist Financing (CTF) activities in line with Irish regulatory requirements. This is a critical role within the business, offering an initial opportunity with potential to transition into a permanent position.
You will be responsible for day‑to‑day AML and CTF processes, supporting large‑scale projects for our clients. Sitting within the CLM business line, you will work on‑site from our Dublin offices, processing and reviewing client files while helping the business effectively manage financial crime risk.
This role is well suited to candidates with strong AML experience who are comfortable operating in high‑volume, regulated environments and working collaboratively to meet delivery and compliance objectives.

Job requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Perform KYC/CDD/EDD for new and existing borrowers and counterparties.
Conduct ongoing monitoring and periodic reviews of customer relationships.
Support transaction monitoring activities and investigate unusual or suspicious activity.
Perform daily sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening.
Prepare risk assessments and escalate high-risk cases to the MLRO.
Assist in the preparation and filing of SARs to the FIU.
Ensuring SLAs are consistently met.
Assist in the preparation of Management Information for reporting purposes.
Maintain accurate and timely records for all financial crime tasks undertaken.
Supporting process improvements across the team.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Knowledge of Irish AML/CTF legislation (Criminal Justice Act, EU AML Directives).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and operate in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision and work to deadlines.
Strong organisational skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly in Power BI.
Advanced Excel skills, including the use of formulas, data validation and analytics to.
Experience and proficiency in using AI an advantage.

This is a fixed term contract position Dublin. Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client’s offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our client’s policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our client’s now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require. However, some of our clients have now moved up to 4 days and even 5 days in the office and we require candidates to be flexible to meet our client demands.
