Job description
Location: Bangalore
Mode: 5 days from office (Transportation will be provided)
Role Summary
This position lies within Delta Capita’s SRP operations team.
Role and Responsibilities:
Support daily operational tasks, including reconciling SPV cash balances and monitoring corporate actions and lifecycle events.
Assist in coordinating new issuances, ensuring smooth operational support from trade date through to settlement.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and exceptions, escalating issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.
Help facilitate the settlement of SPV trades by liaising with internal teams and ensuring all steps are completed accurately.
Act as a point of contact for service providers (e.g. Paying Agent, Custodian, Corporate Administrators, Trustee), ensuring clear communication and proper instructions are in place.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all issuances.
Assist with processing supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely data entry.
Job requirements
Experience and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bachelor’s degree required
Previous experience in Operations and/or Financial Services industry- Relevant work experience of 0-1 years (Mandatory)
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and organisational skills
