Application Support Engineer - AVP

We are looking for a highly skilled Application Production Support candidate for ReportHub project, a regulatory reporting platform. This role requires strong expertise in regulatory reporting, application-level debugging, and incident management in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will:

• Provide 24x7 production support, ensuring high availability and performance of customer applications.

• Handle incident management, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution for P1–P4 issues.

• Collaborate with development teams for fixes and deployments, while maintaining compliance with ITIL standards.

• Monitor application performance, analyse logs, and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.

• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and RCA reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 6–9.5 years in application production support with strong regulatory reporting domain knowledge for different jurisdictions (CFTC, ASIC, HKMA, MiFID, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with incident handling, JIRA, SQL/NoSQL, and application debugging.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Azure, Linux and basic networking concepts.

• Experience of writing SQL queries and anyone scripting language like bash, python etc.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.

• Knowledge of ReportHub(a regulatory reporting tool) platform is good to have.
