Associate/Senior Consultant – Bonds Middle Office

Location: Hyderabad

Mode: Onsite

Role and Responsibilities:

Perform trade allocations, utilising both market industry standard platforms and internal client systems to ensure timeliness and accuracy of trade capture. This will also require strong client servicing skills

Liaise across internal and external stakeholders to ensure all operational risk is suitably managed

Ensure all appropriate risk and escalation matrices are adhered to

Conduct pre-matching activities, ensuring all aspects of the trades are agreed and matched with external counterparties to optimise settlement timeliness. This also includes managing daily client interactions and conducting key internal processes such as cash management

Conduct fails management across the bonds team, including break reconciliation to minimise potential buy-ins, working closely with depot management teams to optimise settlements process and procedures

Experience and Qualifications:

·        Asset/product knowledge desirable (specifically cash/bond knowledge) however other assets e.g. equities, stock lending, repo also suitable

·        Settlements experience good to have

·        Minimum bachelor’s degree with 2-6 years’ experience
