AVP/VP- Testing (Finance Change)

Role Purpose

Perform detailed testing to ensure the changes reflects accurately across all liquidity returns for all applicable regulations.

Responsible to functionally understand and testing of the liquidity core releases.

Handle various queries raised by reporting operations and drive the UAT sign off discussions for a successful liquidity releases.

Responsible for providing test input for all testing aspects of the end-to-end Liquidity projects

Responsibilities:

Work with Business and tech teams to ensure test issues and defects are successfully resolved.

Presenting Testing dashboards to relevant stakeholders and provide status update.

BRD/FRD requirements from business users on testing, reconciliations and data elements.

Supporting the Liquidity Test Manager in planning and tracking progress of the core Releases.

Support the internal and external audit where required. Ensure the relevant controls are met.

Analyse current state operating models against target model to inform transition approach.

Define and monitor performance measures for the success of change management activities.

Work closely with key stakeholders including Finance, Risk,  and Business functions.

Act as a visible change leader alongside the business.

The role holder will also continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role.

Requirements/Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in the financial services/Financial GCCs with a Graduate or PG degree.

Hands on understanding of the principles of Finance systems, data and reports

Proficient in the use of test tools. Financial Services Test Experience across both internal reporting and regulatory requirements

Experience to formulate test strategies and confident in running a successful test phase

Background of liquidity risk is a must.

Self-starter with excellent written/verbal communication skills.
