Business Analyst - Associate

Relevant Experience - 4 to 6 yrs

1. Testing (Manual & Basic Automation):

   • Execute manual test cases and assist in basic automation tasks.

   • Validate application functionality and report defects promptly.

2. Application Migration Support:

   • Participate in migration activities under guidance.

   • Perform basic data validation and functional checks post-migration.

3. Requirements Documentation:

   • Assist in preparing BRD and FRD with supervision.

   • Ensure clarity and completeness of documented requirements.

4. Requirements Gathering:

   • Work with stakeholders to capture business needs.

   • Help prioritize requirements and maintain documentation.

5. Tools & Collaboration:

   • Use JIRA for task tracking and Confluence for documentation.

   • Maintain proper traceability between requirements and test cases.

6. Analysis & Review:

   • Support detailed analysis of data and processes.

   • Review functional specifications for alignment with requirements.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile practices.

• Familiarity with manual testing and exposure to automation tools.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
