Role Summary

This is a great opportunity to join our fast-growing Consulting and Solutions Business working with some of the world’s leading financial institutions.

As a Business Analyst, the successful candidate will work directly with our clients to ensure they receive the quality consulting services that Delta Capita (DC) offers. You will be the primary point of contact between the customer and DC as part of our Global Consulting team based in Singapore.

The Role and Responsibilities

No day will look the same. This role is ideal for someone with experience working within the CLM domain to assess existing policy, procedures and processes to remove waste, standardise and simplify. You will combine digital know how, knowledge of the fintech ecosystem, an innovative nature, and a strong knowledge of and network within the financial services industry. 

  • Documenting changes appropriately for global Operational consumption
  • Eliciting and documenting requirements from stakeholder groups, root causing and prioritising those to best meet desired business outcomes.
  • Assist in the delivery of operational improvements, or customer benchmarking relating to processing
  • Help to analyse complex problems, and design cost-effective and future focused solutions, challenging current state thinking appropriately
  • Initiate, formulate and present recommendations, based on analysis, in order to influence the decisions of stakeholders
  • Working within the varied problem spaces to help design and/or implement Target Operating Model visions to simplify, globalise and enhance broad customer journeys and support senior management in achieving that vision
  • Ensure that principles of design / delivery are adhered to throughout and risks are continuously raised, monitored, and mitigated
  • Produce reports on initiative progress at regular intervals
  • Lead effective working relationships with key senior stakeholders and sponsors globally
  • Ability to inspire trust and build empathy through strong communication, negotiation and decision making
  • Ensure all activities are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, control standards and all relevant internal Delta Capita policies and standards

Job requirements

Skills and Experience

As an experienced Business Analyst, you will have:

  • Proven experience in Project Management or Business Analysis within Financial Services.
  • Understanding of Financial Services products and client lifecycle matters.
  • Must have experience working on consulting and/or business process design or re-engineering activity
  • Experience working with AML Fin Crime regulations, ideally in the KYC Due Diligence and ATF space
  • Change Management capability and awareness of core methodologies and/or Agile working
  • Experience in workshops to gather client requirements
  • Experience analysing process requirements and mapping, procedure review and documentation
  • Appreciation of Operating Model concepts relating to people, process, and technology
  • Financial Services experience and understanding of the multi-faceted industry challenges
  • Some knowledge of different technology and software solutions and their business impact e.g. Workflow tools, Process Modelling tools, Cloud, Robotics


It would be great if you:

  • Ability to lead teams and direct consulting analysis
  • At least one accreditation in known project methodologies (e.g. Prince2, Scrum or other agile) or Performance Improvement approaches (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) or Process and Business Analysis (e.g. BPMN process modelling)
  • Working with best-in-class enterprise process management tools (e.g. IBM toolset, Signavio) and taxonomy management
  • Working understanding of complex client reference data (e.g. data, systems, processes, costs etc)
