Overview

Delta Capita is seeking two experienced Business Analysts (one AVP and one VP level) to support a high-profile HR Transformation programme within a leading global financial services organisation.

The successful candidates will join the Internal Mobility (Movers) workstream, which is focused on enhancing and simplifying the internal mobility experience for colleagues. The programme will review and improve processes relating to secondments, redundancy indicators, workforce status management, and employee displacement journeys.

This role requires immediate availability and will initially focus on a 33-day diagnostic and discovery phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and refine business problem statements across key internal mobility processes.

  • Map end-to-end colleague journeys relating to internal moves, secondments, and workforce transitions.

  • Conduct current-state assessments to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and pain points.

  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from a broad range of stakeholders.

  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with HR, Operations, Technology, and Business teams.

  • Analyse existing processes, policies, controls, and governance frameworks.

  • Produce process maps, business requirements documents, impact assessments, and recommendations.

  • Support the development of target-state processes and future operating models.

  • Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and enhanced colleague experience.

  • Work closely with programme leadership to deliver high-quality analysis and actionable recommendations.

Required Experience

  • Proven Business Analyst experience within Financial Services.

  • Experience supporting HR Transformation, HR Change, or People-related programmes.

  • Strong business process mapping and requirements gathering expertise.

  • Experience analysing and improving employee lifecycle or workforce management processes.

  • Experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders.

  • Hands-on experience working with Workday.

  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently within a fast-paced transformation environment.

Job requirements

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within Internal Mobility, Talent Management, Recruitment, Workforce Planning, or Organisational Change programmes.

  • Knowledge of secondments, redeployment, redundancy, or workforce transition processes.

  • Experience supporting large-scale HR transformation initiatives.

  • Familiarity with governance, controls, and risk management frameworks.

  • Experience working across complex stakeholder environments within banking or financial services.

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

  • Comfortable challenging existing processes and driving improvements.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight timelines.

  • Collaborative, proactive, and delivery-focused approach.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a strategic HR transformation programme focused on improving internal mobility and colleague experience within a leading financial services environment. Candidates with a combination of Financial Services, HR Transformation, Recruitment/Internal Mobility, and Workday experience will be particularly well suited to this role.
