Role Summary

This is a great opportunity to join our fast-growing Consulting and Regulatory Solutions Business working with world’s leading financial institutions. The successful candidate will work directly with our clients across a range of capabilities including analysis, requirements validation, data model and sourcing, mapping, controls, test design and others. You will ensure the client receives the quality consulting services that Delta Capita (DC) offers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as SME to interpret and analyze G20 transaction regulations including ASIC, CFTC, EMIR, etc.

  • Liaise with stakeholders across Compliance, Front Office, Middle Office and Technology to define detailed business requirements

  • Produce high-quality project documentation including BRD, FSD, User Stories, etc.

  • Analyze current state trade lifecycle processes, data flows and systems related to derivative reporting, identifying gaps and opportunities for optimization

  • Define and validate data requirements, data mapping, enrichment and transformation logic

  • Collaborate with technology team and vendors to design and implement efficient future-state solution design

  • Work with Development and QA during testing to ensure implementation meets design and requirements

  • Oversee Sanity and Component testing of new features during the development phase & review of Test Plans

  • Maintain strong partnership with internal and external stakeholders

Job requirements

  • Minimum 5 years working as a BA within the financial services industry in OTC Derivatives domain

  • Direct implementation experience with ASIC. Knowledge of other regimes is a strong plus

  • Proven ability to work with complex data structures, data models and enterprise data repositories

  • Analytical, meticulous individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Graduate degree or equivalent qualification
