Business Analyst – Investment Performance Analytics

We are looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst to join our Consulting team, supporting clients with performance analytics, data transformation, and strategic reporting initiatives. This role is ideal for someone is confident acting as a subject matter expert, driving data-led insights and aligning stakeholders across complex transformation programmes.

Job responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify, capture, and document business and functional requirements.

• Analyse current vs target-state processes, systems, and data models.

• Conduct impact assessments and feasibility analysis for new initiatives.

• Ensure stakeholder buy-in and sign-off on documentation.

• Liaise with delivery teams to support accurate interpretation of requirements.

• Support project delivery and change initiatives across multiple functions.

• Assist with internal communications, training, and stakeholder readiness.

• Provide implementation support including triage of issues and status reporting.

• For smaller projects, manage timelines, risks, and dependencies end-to-end.

• 7–10 years of experience in performance analytics, business analysis, or financial reporting (ideally within consulting or financial services)

• Experience in banking, insurance, and/or asset management industry preferred

• Strong technical capability in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar; SQL experience is a plus

• Deep understanding of FactSet, performance calculations and reporting methodologies

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate with diverse teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, or a related field
