Business Analyst/Project Manager - U

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead the delivery of regulatory change initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of identity controls, regulatory frameworks, and the ability to manage complex change programmes across global teams. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of regulatory change programmes 

• Manage stakeholder engagement across 1LoD and 2LoDs, Compliance, and IT. 

• Oversee programme budgets, resources, and delivery timelines. 

• Coordinate the development of business cases, user requirements, and functional specifications. 

• Present programme updates to senior management and regulatory bodies. 

• Drive performance and promote a collaborative, high-performing team culture. 

 Experience and Qualifications:

• 7–9 years of experience in change delivery within investment banking or global markets. 

• Proven track record managing regulatory programmes and identity access management initiatives. 

• Strong knowledge of Markets trading and control architecture. 

• Experience with data analytics and visualisation tools such as Alteryx. 

• Familiarity with trade and transaction reporting regulations, including Block Account Reporting. 

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
