Role Purpose:

Candidate who can perform end to end system analysis, functional and tech design changes and implements them in Goldtier platform. The change lead will be focused on providing Client Onboarding and KYC solutions to corporate and institutional segments across global markets, retail and commercial accounts dealing in broader institutional KYC processes and onboarding workflows.

Must have sound understanding of KYC identification, verifications process including maker checker flow across complex client structures and products.

Require necessary components of Business analysis, solutions, SIT and UAT testing, quality control, business support, issue investigations, defect analysis, and co-ordination across multiple lines of business, technology and production support teams and stakeholders.

Knowledge of full application management life cycle and are expected to interact with a variety of both internal and external stakeholders ( both on project and BAU side).

Role Responsibilities

  • Accountable for delivery of changes and that involves implementing the software for new clients, expanding the product offering for existing clients and enhancing the capabilities of the core platform.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and document business and technical requirements.
  • Provide recommendations on implementation options and system design
  • Estimate agree and manage implementation timelines with both the client and internal stakeholders
  • Develop, test and deploy enhancements to the software based on client requirements
  • Document analysis, design and test artefacts and liaise with client and internal stakeholders to implement BAU change enhancements.
  • Provide ongoing support to identify and remediate Goldtier issues
  • Involvement in core change management and testing activities
  • Collaborate with the global business coordination groups, production support, business process services team, project team and KYC user base.

Job requirements

Experience:

• A minimum of 4-8 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role

• Robust experience in Goldtier backed up with deep understanding of:

o KYC workflows

o Client onboarding business process

o KYC regulatory and change landscape

o FATCA, group policies and in country/regional policy compliance

• Excellent, well-developed interpersonal and client-facing skills

• Fluent verbal/written English communication skills

• Change Management experience, waterfall and agile methodologies

• Self-motivated, highly accountable and detail-oriented individual

• A strong track record of BA, QA, Testing, Design, Functional SME

• Evidence of leadership within a change team

• Experience working with clients remotely in other geographic locations

• Demonstrable business problem-solving skills of complex issues, and follow-through actions including documenting and sharing solutions

• A graduate or master’s degree holder in a related field is desirable

• Working with Financial Institutions in the Risk & Compliance space and deep understanding of KYC, AML and/or Onboarding best practices.
