Job description

As a Digital Transformation & AI Strategy Consultant, you will be advising on the strategic adoption of digital technologies — with a focus on Agentic AI — to help our clients deliver improved customer experiences, while ensuring alignment with regulatory, legal, and ethical standards. 

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities 

  • Act as a strategic advisor or subject matter expert to executive stakeholders on digital transformation, with a strong emphasis on AI readiness and compliance. 

  • Deliver thought leadership, market insights, and future trend analysis to guide technology and business strategy. 

  • Identify opportunities for innovation, assess emerging technologies, and advise on their potential business impact and risk profile. 

  • Develop actionable roadmaps, business cases, and transformation blueprints aligned with the objectives of financial services organisations 

  • Assess organisational readiness for change and recommend models for agility, operational scalability, and innovation enablement. 

Required Skills & Experience 

  • Extensive experience in strategic advisory roles within financial services, consulting, or digital transformation domains. 

  • Deep understanding of AI trends, regulatory frameworks, and the ethical implications of emerging technologies. 

  • Proven ability to develop business-aligned technology strategies, risk mitigation frameworks, and transformation roadmaps. 

  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior executive levels. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, synthesise complex information, and provide clear, actionable recommendations. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Strategy, or related fields. 

  • Background in financial services and regulated industries. 

  • Recognized certifications or training in AI governance, digital transformation, or enterprise architecture.
