Job description

You will be responsible for building and optimizing a scalable, high-performance SaaS frontend with a focus on rich UI/UX experiences, including mobile web apps.

Requirements:

  • Experience with React & TypeScript – Proven experience in building and maintaining reusable, modular, and high-performance UI components.

  • Experience with Mobile Web App Development – Proven track record of developing responsive and optimized mobile web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance & Optimization – Ensure smooth rendering, lazy loading, and code-splitting using Vite for fast development and builds.

  • API Integration – Connect frontend applications to RESTful APIs for dynamic data rendering.

  • Rich UI/UX Development – Design and implement interactive, visually appealing interfaces with animations, transitions, and intuitive user flows.

  • Testing & Code Quality – Write unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and maintain clean, maintainable code.

This is a fixed term contract/permanent full-time position located in Poland. For this role a valid working permit for Poland is mandatory.

Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client’s offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our client’s policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our client’s now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require. However, some of our clients have now moved up to 4 days and even 5 days in the office and we require candidates to be flexible to meet our client demands.
