Job Title: Fund Operations Project Analyst

Location: London (On-site, 5 days/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the transition of investment funds, including trade migration and account setup.

• Perform data analysis and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Collaborate with internal teams to establish reporting processes and workflows.

• Engage with stakeholders across business and technology to ensure smooth delivery.

• Contribute to project planning and execution using structured methodologies.

What We’re Looking For

• Project Management: Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.

• Stakeholder Management: Confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders.

• Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Advanced Excel Skills: Comfortable working with complex datasets and formulas.

• Mutual Fund Knowledge: Helpful but not essential.

• Professionalism: Articulate, confident, and polished in both written and verbal communication.

• Availability: Must be able to work on-site in London five days a week.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in investment or asset management environments.

• Exposure to consultancy operating models or financial services transformation projects.

This is a fixed term contract/permanent full-time position located in London. Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client’s office or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our clients’ policies and expectations are and these vary. This role you will be required to be onsite 5 days a week due to client demand.
