Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in financial services? Delta Capita is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Managed Service team.

As an Analyst, you’ll gain hands-on experience working on live projects with Delta Capita’s clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll be supported with structured training and mentoring to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in the industry.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting client onboarding, KYC, and regulatory compliance processes

• Learning industry best practices and tools used in client lifecycle management

• Conducting end-to-end KYC/AML and client due diligence (CDD) reviews

• Gathering and analysing KYC documentation in line with client AML policy requirements, identifying and resolving any gaps

• Keeping key stakeholders informed of progress and highlighting any bottlenecks in the KYC review process

• Contributing to project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• A recent graduate (any discipline, but Finance, Business, Law, or STEM is beneficial)

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment

• Strong IT Skills including excel

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Wrexham with hybrid working. Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the clients' offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our clients' policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require.
