Job description
Working as part of the Delta Capita Global HR Team and reporting into the Head of Recruitment you will ensure that DC has access to the best talent in the marketplace for live roles and build a strong pipeline for the future. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will be attracting talent to DC to directly enable our ambitious growth plans. The role requires someone skilled in engaging with talent for roles across all business lines, at all levels.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities
Driving a positive candidate experience from approach to onboarding.
Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process including drafting role profiles, posting vacancies, head-hunting, long and shortlisting, candidate screening, interviews and making offers, for roles in Europe, APAC and the Americas.
Some involvement with building strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand current and future business needs.
Identify and engage with talent through social media, job boards, referrals, and networking.
Approach passive candidates to build a pipeline of talent for DC.
Support line managers in building interview capability where needed.
Ensure that all recruitment activity is reviewed from a diversity and inclusion perspective to minimise the risk of any bias and ensure access to the broadest possible candidate base.
Supporting the recruitment team as required.
Essential Skills & Experience
End to End Recruitment experience
Agency or In house background
Must have experience recruiting across Consulting, Capital Markets and understanding of Post Trade Operations
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing organisational context
Collaborative approach – both with HR colleagues and business stakeholders
Ability to work effectively on own initiative
Strong communicator and confident networker at all levels
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
