Job description
Title: In-house Recruiter (Financial Services)
Role Type: Full time
Location: New York, hybrid
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 (dependent on recruitment experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Working as part of the Delta Capita (DC) Global Internal Recruitment Team, you will ensure that DC has access to the best talent in the marketplace for live roles and build a strong pipeline for the future.

Role and Responsibilities
Working in this role you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet the company's workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Manage recruitment processes from end to end
Utilize various recruitment channels to directly source qualified candidates
Maintain a resource tracker documenting the resource required, resource progress and timescales
Liaise with hiring managers to fully understand their needs and work closely with them throughout the process to help create and update job descriptions, coordinate interviews and provide support throughout the interview process
Review existing processes and practices, recommending and implementing new initiatives and improvements
Provide regular resource management information on recruitment progress and immigration, highlighting risk and areas of opportunities.
Talent sourcing and talent pipeline mapping
Regulation and legislation knowledge in recruitment and immigration
Contractor management and compliance
Maintenance of applicant tracking system (ATS)
Skills and Experience
As an in-house recruiter, you will have:
At least 2+ years’ relevant recruitment experience
Strong US Market Knowledge
Experience with recruitment across capital markets / investment banking space (Front/Middle or back office)
Understanding of the full lifecycle recruitment process (sourcing/screening, managing internal/external processes, offer negotiation, and closing candidates)
Proven ability to quickly learn and recruit across multiple disciplines, functions, and regions
Experience of working with ATS Systems
Data proficient and working knowledge of Excel
Agency background and/or prior work as an in-house recruiter
Team player with strong leadership skills, credibility, and the ability to gain buy-in and commitment from others
Excellent communication skills
