Investor Relations and Investment Principal

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Investor Relations and Investment Principal with a background of raising capital for corporations or other entities in the financial market to work for Delta Capita’s parent company, Prytek - A Multinational Technology Group with a focus on building and investing in technology and delivering managed services in the Financial Services, Cyber & Tech Education and HR sectors.

The group successfully completed 180 deals in the past three years - including 20 merger deals and 3 new tech companies were founded - as part of the company’s ongoing growth strategy to build a range of vertically integrated technology ecosystems. Since its launch in 2017 it has spent more than $350m to acquire, build and develop deep technologies. It combines top tier managed service companies with leading proprietary technology all under one roof. The Role and Responsibilities

• Support CEO and CFO in building investment case for the business to potential investors
• Build equity and capital through a sound growth story and strategy
• Possess a keen understanding of the market, investment banking trends and financial forecasts
• Create a valuation model for the client/company which analyses risks, variables and other essential factors
• Prepare materials for investment meetings

Key skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related discipline
• Prior work experience in an investment bank or investment business
• Knowledge of latest market trends and developments in the financial investment sector
• Expertise in M&A and securities regulations
• Extensive experience communicating to investors across private equity transactions and IPO
