Location: Poland
Role Level: Principal Consultant
Experience: 6+ years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to define and document IRRBB requirements and business processes.

  • Support the implementation of IRRBB solutions, including data analysis, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

  • Liaise between business teams and IT to ensure accurate solution design.

  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to IRRBB frameworks.

Assist in risk model validation and reporting

Job requirements

  • Strong experience in business analysis within financial services.

  • Knowledge of IRRBB is highly desirable but not mandatory.

  • Experience working with risk management or ALM systems.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
