Job Requirement

  • Perform daily reconciliations of cash, positions, and trades across internal systems and external custodians.

  • Support trade lifecycle management, including trade capture, confirmation, and settlement processes.

  • Assist in collateral management activities, ensuring timely margin calls and dispute resolution.

  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Portfolio Management, Risk, Compliance) and external stakeholders (e.g., brokers, custodians) to resolve operational issues.

  • Contribute to process improvements and support automation initiatives within the operations function.

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.

  • Familiarity with reconciliations, trade management, and/or collateral management processes.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A proactive and collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.

This is a fixed term contract/permanent full-time position located in London. Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client’s office or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our clients’ policies and expectations are and these vary. This role you will be required to be onsite 5 days a week due to client demand.
