Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and motivated UX/UI Designer (Junior–Mid Level) to join our team in London or remotely. In this role you will be responsible for designing intuitive an engaging user experiences for web-based platforms used across the financial services industry.

Reporting to the Head of Design, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and key stakeholders to turn complex business requirements into clean, user-friendly designs. From early wireframes to polished designs and prototypes, you’ll play a key role in shaping the digital experience of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user-centred interfaces for web platforms

  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs

  • Work alongside product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals

  • Work with the marketing team to maintain the website

  • Keen attention to detail in all design elements and deliverables

  • Incorporate accessibility best practices standards (WCAG 2.2) into design work

  • Contribute to and maintain design systems and component libraries

Job requirements

Who You Are:

  • You have a strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design for web platforms

  • Experience with prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch)

  • Solid understanding of responsive design and usability principles

  • Excellent communication and collaborations skills

  • A detail-oriented mindset and user-first approach to design

  • Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and inclusive design

  • Bonus points for experience using Webflow website builder
