Loan Servicing Operations - Syndicated Loans

• Review credit documentation and extrapolate the required information to capture the deal correctly.
• Deal capture and monitoring of covenants.
• Set up and maintain customer records, including administrative details and payment instructions.
• Track commitment limits and expiration dates.
• Process borrowing and payment requests, arrange for funding/ break funding, set rates, and renew maturing loan contracts.
• Confirmation of rate and margin changes
• Calculation and billing of commitment, unutilized letters of credit, and agency fees
• Coordinate with deal closers on assigned deals.
• Timely collation of Financial Statements and Compliance certificates
• Monitor daily cash flows and reconcile breaks in suspense accounts.

Required Experience:

• Strong understanding of origination and syndicated loan lifecycle
• Proficiency with Loan IQ
• Experience with Debt Domain and Clearpar
• Experience with credit agreements and other loan-related documentation.

Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2-6 years of relevant loan agency experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Attention to detail

Expectations Regarding Hybrid Working:

As a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client's offices or our own offices, depending on the client) aligns with our client's policies and expectations, and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, two days from home, and accordingly, this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita requires. For this initial role, the client needs the candidate to be in a minimum of 3 days a week. We require candidates to be flexible to meet our client's demands.

Salary Ranges:

Associate: $70,000-$90,000

AVP: $90,000-$125,000
