Operations Analyst - Outsourcing
Location: Dublin
Employment: 12 Months FTC
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our fast-growing Consulting Business working with some of the world’s leading financial institutions.
As a Senior Consultant, the successful candidate will work directly with our clients to ensure they receive the quality consulting services that Delta Capita (DC) offers.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial services, exceptional problem-solving skills, project management and/or business analysis experience, the ability to manage, motivate and inspire others, and a proven track record of delivering successful client engagements. You will have deep change management experience and prior success as a management consultant or within a change role in a financial services institution.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities
Create, update, and manage supplier documentation, including records, registers, exit strategies, and operational control materials, ensuring alignment with relevant regulatory standards.
Oversee and evaluate the performance of external service providers, ensuring corrective actions are identified and implemented when service issues arise.
Track supplier delivery against agreed service levels, operational risk indicators, issue‑management processes, and control effectiveness.
Coordinate incident‑management activities, including preparing and submitting required reports to regulatory authorities.
Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational resilience and incident‑management frameworks.
Assist in managing operational incidents through escalation handling, remediation follow‑up, and continuity planning.
Contribute to the design and maintenance of structured operational plans that enable disciplined, timely, and controlled execution of key activities.
Champion ongoing improvements across processes, controls, and third‑party engagement practices.
Produce and maintain operational reports, management information dashboards, and data‑quality oversight processes.
Support the collection, monitoring, validation, and analysis of operational data to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with external service providers to promote ongoing alignment with outsourcing and service‑management expectations.
Experience, skills and competencies
Demonstrable experience in incident management is required
Operations experience in a regulatory environment with a strong understanding of outsourcing obligations ideally within the banking/payments sectors
Ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and compliance with group-wide outsourcing governance
Strong understanding of outsourcing governance frameworks and requirements (EBA, CBI, FCA desirable)
Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and influencing skills
Knowledge of risk management approaches, particularly in managing third‑party risk

This is a fixed-term contract full-time position located in Dublin. Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the clients' offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our clients' policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3-4 days per week in the office, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require. We require candidates to be flexible to meet our client demands.
