Organisation Design Lead - Investment Banking - Vice President
London
12 months fixed-term contract
Hybrid Working 3 days onsite
Role Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our fast-growing consulting business working with a tier 1 global investment bank. You will use data and analytics to diagnose, design and implement strategies that improve organisational effectiveness. Work closely with HR, business leaders and colleagues to identify and address improvement areas across organisation design, governance, ways of working, talent (skills and DEI), leadership and culture.
Key Accountabilities
Diagnose: Clarify mission, vision and strategy; identify and prioritise organisational health opportunities.
Design: Develop and design change initiatives aligned to improvement priorities.
Deliver: Support HR and business leaders with implementation, providing guidance and consultancy.
Track & Monitor: Enable KPI tracking and measure effectiveness through accurate data and self-serve tools.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement with HRBPs and business leaders.
Deliver training on organisation design and strategic workforce planning.
Vice President Expectations
Contribute to or set strategy, manage resources, budgets and policies, and drive continuous improvement.
Lead teams or act as a subject matter expert on complex, multi-year projects.
Advise senior stakeholders on functional and cross-functional impacts.
Manage risk and strengthen controls in line with governance requirements.
Build strong internal and external relationships, influencing and negotiating to achieve business objectives.
Apply advanced analytical thinking to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
