Role: PMO Analyst

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract

Location: Dublin, Ireland

The PMO Analyst reports to the Senior Service Delivery Manager and is responsible for supporting the compliance of IT controls, processes and governance within the Product & Technology Function. You stay updated on security and risk frameworks to ensure all controls satisfy regulatory requirements. They drive the Risk, Compliance, Audit and Regulatory programmes within the Product, Technology and Security Function at a global level. 

Job requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • As a PMO Analyst you will support a range of functions across Product and Tech, Risk, Procurement, Operations and Compliance.

  • You will be responsible for supporting the Senior Service Delivery Manager to  ensure control frameworks align with company policies.

  • Keep the IT and Operations calendars accurate and regularly updated.

  • Document key processes and support further development a roadmap for IT operations.

  • Communicate upcoming activities to stakeholders promptly.

  • Manage monthly reporting cadence with leadership. 

  • Review and manage key governance artefacts ensuring they are accessible to the right stakeholders and are accurate in order to support regulatory compliance

  • Act as liaison between Product/Technology teams and Internal Audit during engagements.

  • Liaise with stakeholders within Risk, Procurement, Operations and Compliance to ensure alignment.

  • Coordinate documentation, stakeholder input, and resolution tracking for audit findings.

  • Monitor and report on audit issue resolution across internal and external teams.

  • Maintain monthly action tracking and control logs.

  • Support Incident, Problem, and Change management as part of control metrics and service improvement.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills as you will be the point of contact for Audit, Risk, Product & Tech and Compliance.

  • Ability to multi-task with tasks running concurrently.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately take minutes, assign tasks and follow up with owners.

  • Proactive in reaching out to stakeholders to receive updates on tasks.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the clients' offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our clients' policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require. However, some of our clients have now moved up to 4 days and even 5 days in the office and we require candidates to be flexible to meet our client demands.
