Role Overview 

As a Pre-Sales Executive for Karbon, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales cycle by demonstrating the value of the Karbon platform to prospective clients. You will work closely with sales, product, and advisory teams to understand client needs, tailor solutions, and deliver compelling product demonstrations. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, commercial awareness, and client-facing confidence.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales to understand client requirements and tailor Karbon solutions accordingly. 

  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver high-impact demos and presentations that showcase Karbon’s capabilities and value proposition. 

  • Solution Design: Translate client needs into solution proposals, working with product and advisory teams to ensure feasibility and alignment. 

  • RFP/RFI Support: Contribute to responses for RFPs/RFIs, ensuring technical and functional accuracy. 

  • Proof of Concept (PoC): Support the design and execution of PoCs to validate Karbon’s fit for client environments. 

  • Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to inform client conversations. 

  • Sales Enablement: Assist in developing sales tools, demo environments, and technical collateral. 

Job requirements

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or client-facing technical role, ideally within financial technology or SaaS. 

  • Strong understanding of CLM, KYC, onboarding, or regulatory processes in financial services. 

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. 

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value. 

  • Familiarity with enterprise software platforms, APIs, and integration workflows. 

  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and demo environments is a plus.

This is a permanent position located in London with hybrid working. There will be infrequent international travel involved. Please note you must have valid working permit for the UK.
