Role summary:
This is a great opportunity to join our fast-growing Consulting Business working with some of the world’s leading financial institutions.
As a Product Manager with experience in CLM, the successful candidate will play a critical role in driving product and business transformation initiatives. You will provide senior support to the Product Owner and Programme Director to design and implement strategies to optimise the CLM Product. This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in a financial institution, preferably in Commercial and Investment Banking and Product & Project Management, with a good understanding of CLM capabilities, digital products, and financial drivers.

The role & Responsibilities:
This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in supporting and leading product strategy, integration, and driving value-driven products from concept to launch. You will combine strategic thinking, operational expertise, and strong leadership skills to drive the successful delivery of product initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
Business Product Ownership: Provide senior support to the Product Owner in driving objectives around simplification, standardization, and digitization
Lead Product Development: Lead and support end-to-end delivery of platform, including enhancement of existing products/features and product management for CLM capabilities
Accountability: Hold accountability for defining and delivering on the objectives and key results of the squad
Requirements: Define end-to-end requirements, making sure they are complete, integrated and consistent
Prioritization: Build and priorities the product backlog to achieve business goals and manage stakeholder relationships to align expectations and support the overall product roadmap
Success Metrics: Develop, deploy and track key success metrics
Processes: Evaluate processes for optimization of the technology stack and automation of back-end processes
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior stakeholders across Front Office, Middle Office, and other functions to ensure alignment and buy-in for product-led initiatives
Risk Management: Ensure adequate and appropriate controls are in place, and where necessary, drive remedial action and reporting
Job requirements
Skill and Experience:
As an experienced CLM Product Manager, you will have:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within the Financial Crime or Compliance domain
Proven experience as a Product Manager in the Financial Crime or Compliance domain
Strong understanding of AML, KYC, and related credit, legal and tax processes
Experience delivering SaaS and API-first products in an agile environment, with deep knowledge of agile principles and frameworks
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their application in financial crime detection and onboarding automation
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
Experience working with third-party tools and platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards in the financial services industry
PMP/Agile certification would be preferred
