Role Overview

As Product Marketing Manager for Karbon, you will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging of the Karbon platform. You will work closely with product, sales, and advisory teams to articulate the value of Karbon to clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders. This is a strategic role that blends market insight, storytelling, and commercial acumen to accelerate growth and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute GTM plans for new features, modules, and platform releases.

  • Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling product narratives that resonate with target audiences across financial services.

  • Sales Enablement: Create sales collateral, pitch decks, battle cards, and training materials to support commercial teams.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis, customer research, and market segmentation to inform product and marketing strategy.

  • Content Development: Collaborate with marketing and advisory teams to produce thought leadership, case studies, and product content.

  • Customer Advocacy: Identify and cultivate client success stories to support brand credibility and demand generation.

  • Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives using KPIs and feedback loops.

Job requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in product marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or financial technology.

  • Strong understanding of CLM, KYC, onboarding, or regulatory technology in financial services.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-centric messaging.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and advisory teams.

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.

  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and analytics platforms is a plus.

This is a permanent position located in London with hybrid working. There will be infrequent international travel involved. Please note you must have valid working permit for the UK.
