Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the delivery of innovative digital solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth. You’ll define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision that drives business value and meets customer needs.

  • Translate strategy into actionable backlogs, prioritize features, and plan releases in an Agile environment.

  • Conduct user research, analyze market trends, and leverage data insights to inform decisions.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences.

  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels.

  • Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements throughout product delivery.

Job requirements

Required Skills and Experience:  

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in digital or technology-driven environments.

  • Strong understanding of customer onboarding, KYC/CDD, or similar regulated processes.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with commercial awareness.

This is a full-time contract position located in Sheffield, England. For this role a valid working permit for the UK is mandatory.

Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client’s offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our client’s policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our client’s now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require.
