Quantitative Analytics – Treasury Platform - Krakow/Warsaw - U

We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our Quantitative Analytics advisory practice, focused on delivering quantitative solutions to execute their technology strategy for their Treasury platform. In this role, you will leverage your deep quantitative pricing platform expertise to advise clients on the development of their Treasury platform, contributing directly to the execution of their technology strategy. You will provide support and oversight to technical leads, fostering innovation and driving impactful solutions across the organisation. 

Key Responsibilities:

Providing technical leadership for the design, development, and innovation of the platform, leveraging expert knowledge in front-office pricing technology. 

• Collaborating with developers, traders, and quants to agree on business requirements and ensure effective functionality. 

• Interpreting business requirements and facilitating technical ideation for innovative solutions. 

• Enforcing policy and standards in the development and deployment of applications. 

• Overseeing recruitment and the development of new team members, ensuring long-term success. 

• Communicating delivery status and project milestones to key stakeholders. 

• Developing relationships across technology teams to align workflows and co-deliver overall business workflows. 

Required Skills & Preferred Experience:

• Experience leading the design and development of high-availability, distributed platforms in the Front Office Pricing domain. 

• Proven ability to manage and direct small teams of technical experts. 

• Strong expertise in providing technical guidance to developers, overseeing project implementation and managing a pipeline of BAU enhancement/fixes. 

• Technical/Development background, preferably with server-side C# development experience. 

• Deep expertise in Credit products and their application in pricing and e-Trading workflows. 

• Strong motivation to work directly with traders and research quants. 

• Multi-stakeholder arbitration - ability to navigate competing priorities effectively. 

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - fostering collaboration across teams. 

• Analytical and problem-solving skills - driving forward-thinking solutions. 

• Business-oriented approach with a clear focus on results and tangible outcomes.

Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client’s offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our client’s policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our client’s now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require.
