Job description
Working as part of the Delta Capita (DC) Global HR/Recruitment Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that DC has access to the best talent in the marketplace for open roles and to build a strong pipeline for the future roles. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role focused on attracting talent to DC in line with and to support our ambitious growth plans. The role requires someone skilled in engaging talent for roles across all business lines and all levels.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Use platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and Boolean search to identify qualified candidates across Asia
Research, outreach, and pipelining (junior to senior hires) even before traditional recruitment begins
Actively source and engage passive and active talent through personalised outreach, phone calls, and digital tools
Build and maintain warm talent pools for recurring and strategic hiring needs across multiple countries
Spotting potential talent, especially passive candidates, before a job is even posted
Conduct initial assessments and recommend high-quality candidates based on job requirements and regional talent nuances
Headhunt candidates to build a pipeline and network of talent for DC
Support line managers in building interview capability where needed
Ensure that all recruitment activity is reviewed from a diversity and inclusion perspective to minimise the risk of any bias and ensure access to the broadest possible candidate base
Track sourcing activity, maintain accurate candidate records, and report on sourcing
Coverage for Internal Recruiter as needed
Provide support to the recruitment team as required
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment or headhunting, ideally across multiple Asian countries and within financial services or consultancy
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Humanities or related field.
Prior experience in a recruitment / headhunting agency would be an added advantage
End to End Recruitment experience
Experience sourcing across both high-volume and niche/specialist roles in fast-paced environments
Experience of recruiting across some of the following areas (Graduate – Experienced Hires); Consulting, Trade Support, Middle Office, Post Trade, Operations, Derivatives and KYC/AML
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing organisational context
Collaborative approach – both with HR colleagues and business stakeholders
Ability to work effectively on own initiative
Strong communicator and confident networker at all levels
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
