About this Opportunity
An Integration Consultant works directly with clients and internal business partners to manage the implementation of the DELTA CAPITA Report Hub service. The Integration Consultant will act as the primary point of contact for Client engagements while managing a project plan, executing, and overseeing all onboarding activities from pre-sales through "go- live" to ensure targeted completion dates are achieved.
What You'll Do
· Client facing.
o Partner with the Integration Business Analyst SME (Subject Matter Expert) and Commercial Lead (New sales only) to support the discovery and analysis period at the beginning of the engagement or project. The Objective being to understand the client’s problem statement and trade reporting workflows to achieve the most optimal implementation utilizing appropriate Report Hub Functionality available.
o In the role of Integration Consultant ensure appropriate escalation where defects and new enhancement requests are raised by the client, to ensure implementation stays on schedule and/or risks and issues are reported impacting delivery quality or project timeline.
o Partner with DELTA CAPITA BA (Business Analyst), Client, and Consulting Services (when deployed) SME to ensure version control, completeness and accuracy of mapping master sheet and other key artifacts.
o Consolidate, categorize, assign ownership, and ensure internal DELTA CAPITA teams follow-up defects and issues promptly and to conclusion.
o Create MIS on project health, major deliverables, mapping, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) status for internal and external consumption.
o Represent Integration at required client meetings including Project check-ins and Governance calls.
o Support testing by acting as an escalation point for client UAT issues.

o Consolidate, categorize, assign ownership, and ensure defects and issues are followed up on time by internal DELTA CAPITA teams.
o Create MIS on health of project, major deliverables, mapping, and UAT status for internal consumption.
o Represent Integration at PMT and Governance meetings, attend daily Integration Stand-ups to follow status of Jiras raised and present information and/or client feedback requested to ensure project tasks and Risks and Issues are reported accurately and followed through to resolution in a timely manner.
Job requirements
Sound Like You?
Minimum of 6 years of related experience. 5-10 years of related experience in the Financial Services industry preferable
Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience.
Qualifications
Must have extensive client facing experience with proven ability to effectively manage client expectations and concerns.
Must have a good Understanding of the end-to-end Institutional post trade Derivatives lifecycle.
Working knowledge of EMIR/SFTR/CFTC/MAS/ASIC/MiFID trade reporting regulation highly desirable
Understanding how vendors operate in the post trade reporting space is highly desirable.
Working knowledge of agile methodology an advantage
Must have experience with similar business/applications (e.g., Power BI, Sales Force, excel, MSPP)
