Senior Analyst-Data Risk

The role is a dynamic role where you will be primarily responsible for monitoring key operational risk exceptions across the front to back trade flow e.g. Trade Booking, Confirmation, Pre match and Fails on a day-to-day basis.

Daily monitoring and escalation of operational risk issues that impact institutional securities aligned equity operations.

Risk reporting providing transparency on open operational risk, trending, and open risk actions.

Ownership of key risk programmes, attestations & regulatory reporting, ensuring the completeness & accuracy of key risk outputs are delivered on time.

Crisis ad-hoc events management.

Market risk scenario, including global governments Sanction programme implementations.

Coordination of Internal Audit, External Audit and Compliance Testing plans that impact the Equity Operations team.

Prior experience in Operational Risk or Market Risk with 3+ years of experience

Exposure in BI tools like Alteryx/Power BI/Tableau

Working background in/for Banking or financial services sector

Strong analytical mindset & strong control focus

Good communication & relationship building skills

Ability to initiate and drive projects to execution

Proven ability to manage a complex agenda, in partnership with senior stakeholders.
