This is a great opportunity to join Delta Capita’s Structured Retail Products (SRP) Business working with some of the world’s leading financial institutions.

The OTC Managed Service business is a rapidly growing division within Delta Capita offering a comprehensive range of services to support structured product manufacturers in a variety of areas including documentation drafting, automation, client onboarding, product governance, issuance support, and post-trade lifecycle management. Our team of experts and technology are leveraged by leading structured product manufacturers to transform their businesses, delivering efficient and scalable solutions.

This role will be part of the OTC Equity Structured Drafter drafting team, supporting our investment banking client.

Job Description

  • Risk mitigate and confirm OTC derivative transitions with both internal and external clients via paper or electronic confirmation process.

  • Deal with trade confirmation language and economic breaks.

  • Collaborate with counterparties and internal stakeholders - resolving urgent issues, clarification of issues or drafting points on outstanding trade confirmations.

  • Draft ad-hoc confirmations requests from counterparties and internal stakeholders.

  • Create templates if necessary, seeking Sales, Trading and Legal approvals.

  • Deliver strategic projects to drive efficiency and enhanced controls.

  • Manage other tasks assigned as demand dictates.

Job requirements

Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum 2-3 years knowledge of drafting confirmations that support the 2002 and 2006/2021 ISDA Equity and Swap Definitions.

  • Intermediate negotiation skills

  • Intermediate experience in drafting and reviewing OTC Equity Structured Products. Such products include Autocalls, Swap Strategies, Option Strategies such as Worst/Best of Strategies, Structured Variance Swaps.

  • Collaborates with risk, legal and trading across new products and templates

  • Ability to advise / support risk, legal and trading, Propose solutions across documentation
