We are seeking a Senior KYC/AML Analyst to join our New York team. In this role, you will support a prestigious client by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, such as Know Your Customer (KYC), as part of their Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program. This position is crucial in verifying data and documents to maintain regulatory compliance.
You will collaborate closely with internal departments, including Global Financial Crimes, Risk Management, and Operations, to ensure adherence to Client Identification Program (CIP) requirements and other regulatory standards, such as Customer Due Diligence (CDD). This role is vital for ensuring our client's ongoing compliance and supporting their broader regulatory framework.

Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain and verify data attributes using authorized validation sources.
- Ensure data accuracy and currency per policy guidelines.
- Input and maintain regulatory identifiers.
- Analyze processes and provide inputs for change initiatives.
- Identify and manage process improvement projects.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports on process volumes, risk, and quality.
- Collect and review documentation for Client Identification Program (CIP) processes and ongoing updates.
- Follow up on issues with relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with Business Units to obtain and explain Anti-Money Laundering document requirements.
- Perform tasks as instructed by the supervisor.
Job requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in KYC/AML roles, including engagement with institutional clients and business stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of KYC and AML Compliance policies and their application in a U.S. banking environment.
- Strong understanding of the Client Onboarding Process and documentation/information specific to KYC/AML and the various types of entities.
- Knowledge and understanding of the various financial products offered across business lines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Take responsibility for assigned work tasks and adhere to assigned timeframes.
- Be available to answer questions and queries from local and remote team members and users in a timely fashion.

Salary range: $60,000-$80,000
Expectations Regarding Hybrid Working:
As a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client's offices or our own offices, depending on the client) aligns with our client's policies and expectations, and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of three days per week in the office, two days from home, and accordingly, this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita requires. For this initial role, the client needs the candidate to be available at least three days a week. We require candidates to be flexible to meet our client's demands.
