Senior KYC Analyst  

Dublin 

Fixed Term Contract – until 31/12/2026 

Job Description: 

We are looking for experienced Senior  KYC Analyst to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team to support our client in a KYC (Know Your Client) project. You will be part of our KYC Project Team, located in Dublin and responsible for the processing of KYC files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client standards. 

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You will be responsible for applying a consistent and risk-focused approach to KYC processes while ensuring adherence to applicable regulations, internal controls, and client-specific procedures.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Conduct KYC reviews and due diligence for individual and business partners.

  • Perform AML investigations and escalations, including research on PEPs, SIPs and sanctions.

  • Support partner onboarding and verification processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Review and investigate cases escalated by Customer Service and Complaints teams, determining appropriate actions and risk-based outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate records, case notes, and audit trails across all compliance activities.

  • Adapt to changing operational priorities and support a variety of compliance, risk, and verification workstreams as required.

  • Identify and investigate root causes of onboarding challenges, implementing solutions to reduce friction, improve efficiency, and enhance the partner experience.

  • Effectively triage, prioritise, and re-assess incoming requests in a fast-paced environment, ensuring critical and high-impact issues are addressed promptly.

 

Essential Skills/Experience: 

  • Experience in KYC reviews 

  • Experience in AML Investigations and escalations 

  • Experience with PEPs, SIPs, Sanctions and Adverse Media 

  • Knowledge of global AML/KYC regulations and industry guidelines 

  • Knowledge of AML Typologies /Red Flags   

  • Excellent attention to detail  

  • Fast learner with proactive approach and sense of urgency 

  • Excellent professional communication skills, both verbal and in written form

Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the clients' offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our clients' policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require. However, some of our clients have now moved up to 4 days and even 5 days in the office and we require candidates to be flexible to meet our client demands.
