Structured Products – APAC Regional Lead (Hong Kong) 

Delta Capita are expanding our Structured Products business in APAC and are seeking an exceptional Regional Structured Products Lead to establish and grow our new team in Hong Kong. 

This is a pivotal leadership role in a fast-growing global business, offering the opportunity to shape our APAC presence and work with leading investment banks at the forefront of the structured products industry. You will join a global leadership team of regional heads and report directly to the Global Head, based in the UK. 

Our teams provide end-to-end structured product issuance support to cross-asset businesses at Tier 1 investment banks — spanning documentation, governance, automation, and process efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Build and lead a new structured products team in Hong Kong, embedding a strong culture of excellence and collaboration. 

  • Partner directly with senior stakeholders across business, legal, and operations functions at our clients, developing trusted relationships and delivering high-quality structured products services. 

  • Drive local business growth, identifying and developing new client opportunities across the region. 

  • Draft and enhance legal documentation templates (including Term Sheets, Pricing Supplements, Final Terms, Issuer-Specific Summaries, and ancillary documentation) to support automation and standardisation initiatives. 

  • Champion innovation and process improvement, leveraging technology to streamline and optimise structured product documentation workflows. 

  • Collaborate globally with peers across EMEA, AMER, and APAC to ensure consistency, efficiency, and knowledge sharing across all regions. 

Essential Experience & Skills 

  • Extensive experience in Structured Products issuance, with deep understanding of structure types, payoffs, and documentation requirements. 

  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to build, inspire, and manage a high-performing team while staying connected to a global organisation. 

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities across business, legal, and operational areas. 

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex workflows and multiple priorities. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and traditional written) is essential for client engagement and documentation review.
