Trade Operations & Onboarding Analyst
Dublin
Fixed Term Contract
You will coordinate the operational setup of trade deals and ensure accurate implementation of credit, legal, and operational terms through independent controls at onboarding and throughout the deal lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Support clients and non-clients by ensuring operational excellence within a risk and compliance framework.
Act as a key link between Global Trade Services, Operations, and the Dublin Middle Office to enable product usage.
Perform independent controls and due diligence, with a focus on registration and counterparty management.
Job requirements
Essential Skills and Experience:
Lead Supplier On boarding in new and existing programs.
To manage registration of suppliers for new and existing Vendor Financing programs.
To collect documents for KYTS & KYS activities and control completeness of the documentation once GTS instruction is received or recertification process is launched.
Provide regular reporting to sales team on suppliers on boarding and coordinate with them for communication to clients.
Maintain an up-to-date master list of the suppliers with the correct statuses.
Storage of supplier’s documents and evidences in an appropriate location.
Perform the Financial Security controls at facility set-up, facility renewal and on a regular basis during the deal life to monitor and ensure that programmes are always compliant with FS (KYC and screening at transaction processing excluded). Tasks include the following but are not limited to:
Perform FS controls at facility set-up and renewal in accordance with Hermes.
Perform KYTS and recertification.
Perform the recertification of suppliers.
Follow appropriate escalation policy.
Be proactive and provide best quality of service with highest controls standards.
Ensure required controls are performed in all the due diligence processes following the group guidelines and policies.
Maintain Knowledge of pricing models and understanding deal structures to provide best service possible.
Demonstrating an open mind-set in the frame of financial technology projects.
Will be the single point of contact for all stakeholders including client and business support.
Qualification, Experience & Competencies
Business/Finance 3rd level qualification or equivalent.
Proficiency with general IT system applications.
Proficient knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Customer Support experience.
Knowledge of Trade Finance products an advantage but not essential.
Proven ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
Ability to effectively communicate up, across and down the organisation.
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

This is a fixed term contract position located in Dublin. Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the clients' offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our clients' policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require. However, some of our clients have now moved up to 4 days and even 5 days in the office and we require candidates to be flexible to meet our client demands.
